An education at any Catholic school is an investment. We believe that investing in your students education at St. Margaret Regional School will have eternal returns.

We want to make a Catholic education accessibly for as many families as possible. We have partnered with FACTS Management to offer flexible payment plans and to give you access to their online and mobile support and to to manage your FACTS account and complete tasks like making a payment, viewing your payment schedule and updating your account.

FACTS also provides our Financial Aid Application. Once your student is registered at St. Margaret Regional School you can apply for Financial Aid through FACTS.

  • Tuition Rates

    Our current tuition for the 2018-2019 academic school year:

    Five day program (8:00 am-1:00 pm): $5,750.00 plus mandatory fundraising fee: $6,050.00*
    Four day program (8:00-1:00 pm): $5,350.00 plus mandatory fundraising fee: $5,650.00*
    Three day program (8:00 am-1:00 pm): $4,650.00 plus mandatory fundraising fee: $4,950.00*
    Two day program (8:00 am-1:00 pm): $3,950.00 plus mandatory fundraising fee: $4,250.00*

    Kindergarten-Grade 4 (8:00 am-2:20 pm): $5,300.00 plus mandatory fundraising fee: $5,600.00*
    *Fundraising fee is $300.00 per family

    *Mandatory Fundraising Obligations:
    There is a mandatory fundraising obligation in the amount of $300.00 per family which must be paid in
    advance by making a payment of $300.00 to SMRS by July 1, 2018 or adding to your FACTS tuition

    Tuition Refund Policy

    Once a student begins attendance in a month, tuition for that month must be paid in full. Tuition refunds will be prorated.

    Every family must enroll in the FACTS program for the 2018/19 academic year as mandated by the Diocese of Fall River Catholic Education Center.

  • Extended Care Program

    The Before Care Program runs from 6:30-7:45 a.m. for Pre-K-Grade 4. The After Care program runs from 1:00-5:30p.m. for Pre-K and 2:45-5:30 p.m. for Grade K-Grade 4 on full school days.
    The Extended Care rate for the 2017/2018 school year is $7.50 an hour for the first child and $3.75 for each additional sibling. Students dropped off before 7:45a.m. will be considered in attendance at Before Care.

  • Payments

    The following options are available to all families:

    Option 1: Full payment made by July 1, 2018 through FACTS Tuition Management Program.  There is no FACTS administration fee if you make one payment.

    Option 2: 10, 11 or 12 monthly payments made through the FACTS Tuition Management Program beginning the June prior to the new school year. FACTS charges an administration fee of $45 each year per family.

    Please note that if you cannot start making tuition payments in June, you will no longer be able to select the 12 month option.

    Beginning with 2018/19 school year, tuition payments need to be paid in full by May of that school year.

  • Multiple Student Discount

    Multiple Student Discount
    There is a multiple student discount for families with more than one child currently enrolled at St. Margaret Regional School, St. Francis Xavier Preparatory School, and St. John Paul II High School. The discount will be applied as follows:

    First Child 100% Tuition
    Subsequent Children 95% Tuition

  • Military Discount

    We offer a $100.00 Active Military Discount per family. Please notify the office if you are eligible for this discount.

  • Student Referral Discount

    We offer a $200.00 tuition discount to any family who refers a family who enrolls their children. The discount will be applied to the last month’s tuition if the new student stays for the year.

  • Financial Assistance through FACE

    FACE, The Foundation to Advance Catholic Education, is a special Diocesan fund which provides need-based financial assistance for grades K-4. Applications are available at the school and may be completed on-line at  Applications are accepted by February 15th for the following school year.

    It is the family’s responsibility to request an application and to provide all the information required to FACE. St. Margaret Regional School does not receive or review the applications. Applications must be submitted on an annual basis. The school is notified of the scholarship recipients in June.

  • Parish Assistance

    Parents and guardians of children enrolled at St. Margaret Regional School may request financial assistance from their parish. Eligibility for financial aid requires that parents or guardians be registered, active members of the parish from which they are requesting aid. This form must be signed by the pastor and is due by
    June for the following school year. Parishes will be invoiced in October. As payment is received by the school, families will be reimbursed/credited for the amount received.  For a copy of our form, go to Parish Request Form

  • St. Margaret Fund Assistance

    We believe Catholic education should be available to all families.  St. Margaret Regional School has a small endowment for tuition assistance.  Families who have applied to FACE are eligible for this additional aid and will be evaluated based on their additional need.
